ARTFUL EXCHANGE PROJECT
**The Artful Exchange Project is evolving to adapt to our changing times and landscape, especially here in Philadelphia. I am listening, learning and slowing down, to use this opportunity to figure out how I can directly help my community. I will keep pursuing this project, but in a more intentional way. That, to me, means to pay attention to what's happening, to listen to and uplift Black and POC voices and to educate myself and examine my role in white supremacy.
While my output of Exchanges is slowing down, I am still working on this project. I am also adding links to donate to organizations that directly fight racism in Philadelphia. Please consider making a donation to one of the following organizations:

The Artful Exchange Project began as an exploration in the concept of "the audience of one." This project was borne out of a combination of the necessity for social distancing and the craving for intimacy and connection amidst a global pandemic.
Exchangees chose the locations and mediums of the work. The results were completely unique and personal performance art explorations, crafted individually for singular experiences. To see each exchange in full, check out the map.
Pssst... This map is interactive.
This is an ongoing project and is currently raising funds for COVID-19 Arts Aid PHL, to support artists and organizations whose livelihoods have been threatened by the pandemic. If you'd like to learn more about how to become an Exchangee or you'd like to donate, visit the Get Involved page for more information or donate directly here.
